TACC Sets Up Subsidiary with 10 Million Baht Capital to Enter Drinking Water Business
T.A.C. Consumer Public Company Limited (TACC) has established a new subsidiary named TACC Plus Company Limited with registered capital of 10 million baht to support business expansion and increase revenue sources. TACC holds 79.98% of the shares and expects to start recognizing commercial revenue from the fourth quarter of 2026 onwards. The subsidiary will operate as a distributor of drinking water and beverages, with funding coming from the company's working capital, and it is not considered a connected transaction.
TACC invests 45 million baht for a 30% stake in Thai tea chain; broker maintains target at 7.40 baht
T.A.C. Consumer Public Company Limited, or TACC, has announced an investment of 45 million baht for a 30% stake in Better Beam Food Company Limited, owner of the Thai tea chain "Chan Ja Kin Cha Yen Tuk Wan," which currently has 27 branches. Brokers view the transaction as neutral to slightly positive, as it expands the business into the B2C segment outside 7-Eleven and builds on the company's core business, while the actual operating performance of the invested business cannot yet be clearly assessed. They maintain a "buy" recommendation and a 2027 target price of 7.40 baht, based on a P/E of 11 times. The investment values Better Beam Food at 150 million baht, while the company had revenue of about 140 million baht in 2025 from 27 branches. Compared with other operators such as Bearhouse, which has 76 branches and sales of 517 million baht, and Karun, which has about 15 branches and sales of 141 million baht, average sales per branch per month are similar at about 0.5 to 0.6 million baht. Compared with net profit margins of beverage business operators of around 10 to 14 percent, the business is expected to earn about 14 to 20 million baht, implying a purchase price of about 8 to 11 times P/E, which is close to TACC's current valuation. The investment is expected to use cash flow from operations, supported by the company's strong cash position of about 500 million baht. Brokers see this investment as a positive strategy to diversify revenue into B2C businesses outside 7-Eleven, which currently account for 15% of total revenue. TACC will be able to enter the B2C market through businesses aligned with its core business, namely tea and coffee, while "Chan Ja Kin Cha Yen Tuk Wan," which has operated for only four years and is still in a rapid expansion phase, will benefit from TACC's strengths in R&D, supply chain, and procurement. In the short term, the tea chain still has growth potential from rapid branch expansion. Compared with competitors such as Bearhouse with 76 branches, Karun with 17 branches, and Cha Tra Mue with more than 100 branches, TACC also has opportunities to test overseas expansion in the future. However, near-term earnings upside remains limited, with profit expected to increase by less than 1% in 2026 and about 1.5% in 2027. Brokers maintain their 2026-2027 profit forecasts for TACC at 360 million baht and 407 million baht, up 13% year on year in both years. The key risk of the transaction is the long-term sustainability of the brand, while they maintain a "buy" recommendation and a 2027 target price of 7.40 baht, based on a P/E of 11 times. The stock currently trades at a 2026 P/E of about 11.2 times, or -1.3 standard deviations, and is expected to offer a dividend yield as high as 7.6%.

TACC launches chilled bread menu on 13 August, supporting 2026 revenue growth above 10%
T.A.C. Consumer, or TACC, is preparing to launch a new menu item called chilled bread, available at All Café in every 7-Eleven branch nationwide starting 13 August 2026. Chief Executive Officer Chatchawee Wattanasuk said the new menu comes in two flavours: matcha green tea chilled bread and Thai tea chilled bread. He believes it will boost activity in the non-coffee menu segment and support sales in the second half of the year. The company has revised its 2026 revenue growth target to more than 10 percent, up from an earlier double-digit growth target, after seeing business trends come in better than expected. Growth is being driven by the B2B segment, which continues to develop menu items with 7-Eleven, and the B2C segment, which is expanding its customer base and business opportunities both domestically and internationally. The company is also building on its license business and looking for new opportunities through mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures to create new growth engines for the future.

TACC posts record Q2 2026 net profit of 104 million baht, broker recommends buy with target 7.4 baht
Krungsri Securities Public Company Limited stated that TACC reported a record net profit for the second quarter of 2026 of 104 million baht, up 32 percent from a year earlier and 5 percent from the previous quarter. Revenue came in at 683 million baht, rising 18 percent year-on-year and 7 percent quarter-on-quarter, supported by hot weather, growth at 7-Eleven stores and Punthai Coffee, as well as the matcha green tea and Thai tea trend launched in mid-2025. Despite one-time expenses, the selling and administrative expense-to-revenue ratio fell to 12.9 percent, while the gross margin remained broadly stable at 31.9 percent. The research team expects second-half 2026 profit to still grow year-on-year but decline from the first half on seasonal factors, and forecasts full-year 2026 profit to increase 13 percent from the prior year. Key drivers include the onset of El Niño late in the third quarter of 2026, the opening of 700 new 7-Eleven branches per year and 800 new Punthai Coffee shops per year, as well as a new investment plan in a subsidiary worth 8 million baht in which TACC holds an 80 percent stake, and an associated company currently under contract. The research team has rolled forward its target price to 2027 at 7.4 baht, based on a price-to-earnings ratio of 11 times, and recommends a buy. A sentiment risk is share sales by management.
TACC to move to SET, appoints Co-CEO to strengthen management
T.A.C. Consumer Public Company Limited, or TACC, has announced plans to transfer its shares from the Market for Alternative Investment, or mai, to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, or SET, and has appointed Miss Traitip Sivakriskul as Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective 16 July 2026. The market move aims to broaden the investor base and enhance liquidity, while the Co-CEO appointment reflects the establishment of a management structure to support long-term growth. Securities firm Pie sees the SET listing as a positive factor for the stock, and the allocation of treasury shares to employees helps ease supply pressure in the market. TACC's core business continues to be supported by its partnerships with 7-Eleven and Punthai Coffee, with second-quarter 2026 earnings likely to hit a new record high, driven by hot weather and new product launches.
Brokerage expects TACC's Q2 2026 profit to hit a new record of 104 million baht
Analysts at Pie Securities forecast that TACC's net profit in the second quarter of 2026 will reach a new high of 104 million baht, up 31 percent from the same period last year and up 4 percent from the previous quarter, driven by the summer season and the continued expansion of 7-Eleven and Punthai Coffee branches. Revenue is expected to come in at 664 million baht, up 15 percent year-on-year and up 4 percent quarter-on-quarter. The average temperature in Bangkok during the second quarter of 2026 reached 30.1 degrees Celsius, compared with 28.0 degrees in the first quarter of 2026, and new products continue to be launched in collaboration with 7-Eleven. If net profit meets expectations, first-half profit will account for more than 61 percent of full-year profit. The analysts have therefore raised their full-year 2026 profit estimate by 8 percent to 361 million baht, while maintaining a buy recommendation and adjusting the target price to 7.10 baht.
