It also provides information technology system and software, including Venio, a mobile CRM solution; Empeo, an HRM solution; eTaxGo, a corporate e-tax provider; Salesbear, a sales assistant solution; emconnect, a smart recruiting platform; and IOMO, a biometric device. In addition, the company offers e-commerce and fulfillment solutions, edtech and fintech platforms, digital transformation, and Internet of Things; smart solutions, such as smart, top up, member, specialty, visa, and mastercards, as well as technology products, data recording on the card, stock management, delivery, and printing services; and system integration services comprising digital transformation, infrastructure, multi cloud and data centers, cyber security, AI and big data, and network and communication solutions, as well as turn-key consulting and services. Further, it is involved in printing and warehouse management services; laser printing and enveloping of statements, bills and invoices, and related value-added services; manufacturing of product labels; and investment activities. The company was founded in 1954 and is based in Samut Sakhon, Thailand.

Dark horse stocks surge with strong profits as several companies post standout results

Several mid- and small-cap stocks reported standout profit growth for the second quarter of 2026. TITLE posted a profit of 251 million baht, up 32-fold, driven by the transfer of three major Phuket condominium projects, bringing first-half profit to nearly 293 million baht. CNT reported a profit of 159 million baht, up more than 1,900 percent, thanks to large construction projects and data center work. TKS posted a profit of 168 million baht, up 1,311 percent, boosted by share of profit from associates and its IT ecosystem portfolio. STGT reported first-half profit of 950 million baht, supported by a recovery in rubber gloves and higher margins. PAP posted first-half profit of 425 million baht and will pay a dividend of 9 satang per share. INSET has a backlog of more than 5.8 billion baht and is bidding for nine new projects worth over 5 billion baht. BKGI expects 2026 growth of up to 30 percent, driven by its cancer diagnostics business and government policies supporting genomic medicine.

TKS second-quarter net profit surges 1,311% to 168.9 million baht

T.K.S. Technologies Public Company Limited, or TKS, reported net profit attributable to majority shareholders in the second quarter of 2026 at 168.9 million baht, a 1,311% increase from the same period last year. The main driver was a 106% rise in share of profit from investments in associates to 85.8 million baht, while revenue from sales and services grew 26% to 415 million baht. Gross profit margin improved to 38.1% from 35.5% in the same quarter a year earlier. For the first six months, net profit stood at 320.5 million baht, up 266%, and the board approved an interim dividend of 0.12 baht per share, with the XD date on 19 August 2026 and payment on 4 September 2026.

Mid- and small-cap stocks with strong profit growth — ASW, TACC, 2S, TKS deliver second-quarter results

Several mid- and small-cap companies reported second-quarter net profit growth exceeding 10%. ASW posted a profit of 562 million baht, up from 198 million baht a year earlier, on revenue of 3.53 billion baht, with a backlog of 38 billion baht. TACC earned 104 million baht, growing 32% from 79 million baht. 2S reported a profit of 227 million baht, up from 75 million baht, and announced an interim dividend of 0.12 baht per share. TKS posted a profit of 128 million baht, up 28%. Meanwhile, SMT edged lower to close at 5.30 baht on sell-on-fact pressure, and EA closed at 3.06 baht, up 6.25%, marking its first sharp gain in three weeks.
