Organic revenue growth averaged just 2.9% annually over the last two years, lagging the sector and signaling weak core demand. Adjusted operating margin shrank by 6 percentage points over five years to 27%, while earnings per share fell 14.7% annually over the same period, outpacing revenue declines due to a rigid cost base.
