Qualys Launches InstaScan to Detect Vulnerabilities Within Minutes of Disclosure

Qualys has launched InstaScan, a new capability within its Enterprise TruRisk Management platform that detects vulnerabilities within minutes of disclosure. Powered by Agent Insta, InstaScan introduces scanless scanning by continuously correlating new vendor security advisories and threat intelligence with an organization's live asset telemetry, identifying impacted assets and surfacing trusted detections in minutes. The company says that across its initial set of supported technologies, InstaScan covers 90 percent of detections within minutes, aiming to close the gap between vulnerability disclosure and detection as attacker timelines compress. Bentley Systems, Qualys, and SoundHound AI Stocks Jump After Analyst Upgrades

Bentley Systems, Qualys, and SoundHound AI shares rose sharply in afternoon trading after Guggenheim analyst John DiFucci upgraded Salesforce and ServiceNow to Buy, arguing that AI-disruption fears had pushed valuations too low. The upgrades lifted the broader enterprise software group, with Bentley Systems up 6.4%, Qualys up 7.4%, and SoundHound AI up 5.5%. Qualys also benefited from a recent JPMorgan upgrade to Neutral from Underweight with a price target increase to $139 from $87, citing growth in vulnerability management.
