Gartner forecasts that over 50% of multinationals will have defined a digital sovereignty strategy by 2029, up from less than 10% today.

Atos Group has completed the first phase of its refinancing strategy with the voluntary early redemption of the remaining outstanding 1L bonds. This full refinancing of the 1L tranche of its financial debt marks an important milestone in the Group’s strategy to sustainably strengthen its financial structure.

Eviden has integrated its Key Management System with Salesforce Hyperforce and Shield Platform Encryption, introducing a bring your own sovereign encryption model that lets organizations retain exclusive control over their encryption keys. The solution runs on Confidential Virtual Machines and interfaces with Eviden’s Proteccio HSM, the only hardware security module qualified at the highest level by ANSSI, ensuring master keys stay under customer control throughout their lifecycle. This setup allows enterprises and public sector bodies to encrypt critical data with externally managed keys hosted in Europe, supporting compliance with regulations like GDPR while accelerating adoption of Salesforce cloud and AI tools. Atos has joined CrowdStrike’s Project QuiltWorks, a coalition that combines AI-driven vulnerability discovery and adversary-informed prioritization with remediation services and cyber insurance. The project is powered by the Falcon platform and frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic. Atos will contribute its expertise in managed security services, cybersecurity governance, and sovereign digital environments, helping clients adopt AI with stronger control over data, infrastructure, and compliance. The partnership builds on eight years of collaboration between Atos and CrowdStrike and aims to extend the coalition’s reach in the European market.
