The company reported $6.7 million in revenue for Q2, primarily from its Acoustics division, and raised $60 million to fund initial payments into the Available Networks structure. DataVault also closed the NYIAX transaction and signed definitive agreements for CyberCatch and BankWyse, which are expected to boost revenue in Q4 and 2027. BankWyse operates as a Wyoming Special Purpose Depository Institution, combining qualified custody with commercial banking services across digital assets and fiat currencies. Datavault said the acquisition would connect banking and custody to a broader stack built around data valuation, tokenization and exchange infrastructure. The agreement arrives alongside a stronger second quarter, with revenue rising 287% year over year to $6.7 million from $1.7 million, while gross profit increased to $2.9 million from just $35,000 a year earlier. Datavault reiterated its full-year 2026 revenue target of at least $200 million.
