Dingtong Technology released its 2026 semi-annual report, achieving operating revenue of 1.029 billion yuan, up 31.17% year-on-year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 184 million yuan, up 59.24% year-on-year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3 yuan per 10 shares. Hangya Technology disclosed an earnings forecast, expecting semi-annual net profit attributable to the parent company for 2026 to be between 50 million and 55 million yuan, down 10.15% to 18.32% year-on-year, but second-quarter net profit attributable to the parent company is expected to increase by 49.56% to 74.51% quarter-on-quarter. Yanmai Technology plans to repurchase company shares for 10 million to 20 million yuan, to be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives, with a repurchase price not exceeding 70 yuan per share. Jingsong Intelligent plans to repurchase company shares for 15 million to 20 million yuan, also for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives, with a repurchase price not exceeding 33 yuan per share. Wasion Information won bids totaling 80.9602 million yuan in July, accounting for 2.72% of the company's total operating revenue in 2025. In addition, the mandatory national standard 'Safety Requirements for Intelligent Connected Vehicle Automated Driving Systems' was officially released, scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2027, imposing requirements such as driver takeover capability monitoring for Level 3 automated driving systems.
