Willfar Information posts first-half net profit of 202 million yuan, new contracts exceed 1.3 billion yuan

Willfar Information released its 2026 semi-annual report, with first-half operating revenue of 1.067 billion yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 202 million yuan. The company's research and development expenses reached 109 million yuan, accounting for 10.26 percent of operating revenue, up 2.71 percentage points year on year. It holds a total of 767 valid patents, including 223 invention patents. The company has independently developed a sensing, computing and communications integrated system-on-chip, completed tape-out of a new-generation power line carrier chip, and launched prototype optical modules for data centers covering full scenarios from 10G to 1.6T. As of the end of the reporting period, the company had signed new contracts worth 1.306 billion yuan, with contracts in hand of 3.823 billion yuan. Overseas communication module deliveries exceeded 50 million yuan, up more than 18 times year on year.

Wasion Information won bids totaling 80.9602 million yuan in July, accounting for 2.72% of the company's total operating revenue in 2025. In addition, the mandatory national standard 'Safety Requirements for Intelligent Connected Vehicle Automated Driving Systems' was officially released, scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2027, imposing requirements such as driver takeover capability monitoring for Level 3 automated driving systems.
