The company owns and operates The Venetian Macao, The Londoner Macao, The Parisian Macao resort, The Plaza Macao, and The Sands Macao casino; the Cotai Expo, a convention and exhibition hall; and The Venetian and The Londoner Arena, an entertainment venues, as well as Cotai Water Jet ferry for leisure and business travelers. It offers ferry transportation and leasing services, and pontoon leasing; gaming and other related activities; travel and tourism agency services; security services; and human resources administration services, as well as outsourcing services, including information technology, accounting, hotel management, and marketing. The company was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Macau. Sands China Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp.

Held from July 23 to 26 at The Venetian Macao's Cotai Expo, the seventh edition featured over 580 booths across eight themed zones, the largest-ever food court with 58 local eateries, and new additions including a Sports Experience Zone and cultural brands from the Greater Bay Area. The carnival has provided 4,000 complimentary booths for local SMEs since its 2020 launch, and cumulative visitation across all seven editions has reached 800,000. Las Vegas Sands Q2 revenue misses estimates as Macao falls short

Las Vegas Sands reported second-quarter revenue of $3.15 billion, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3.37 billion by 6.41% and declining 0.7% year over year. Earnings per share came in at $0.59, well below the consensus of $0.77 and down from $0.79 a year ago. Total Macao revenue was $1.79 billion, missing the $2.02 billion estimate, while Marina Bay Sands net revenue of $1.38 billion slightly exceeded the $1.36 billion forecast. Within Macao, The Londoner Macao generated $710 million versus an estimate of $777.34 million, The Venetian Macao brought in $591 million against a $733.13 million estimate, and The Plaza Macao and Four Seasons Macao posted $137 million compared to the $226.94 million estimate, though Sands Macao and The Parisian Macao beat expectations with $95 million and $218 million respectively. Ferry Operations and Other revenue rose 18.2% year over year to $39 million, surpassing the $27.57 million estimate.
