OSL Group Launches OSL AgentPay, a Multi-Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure for AI Agents

OSL Group has launched OSL AgentPay, a stablecoin payment infrastructure designed to enable AI agents to execute fully autonomous payment flows. The platform supports multiple stablecoins including USDT, USDC, and USDGO, as well as payment protocols such as x402, AP2, and MPP, with developer access available immediately via API. OSL AgentPay offers eight core capabilities: execution interface, multi-asset routing, multi-stablecoin abstraction, micropayment capacity, gas-fee-free on-chain transactions, multi-protocol compatibility, multi-wallet compatibility, and global fiat on/off ramps. The company aims to capture a share of the agent-to-agent commerce market, which McKinsey estimates could reach three to five trillion dollars by 2030, by integrating protocol-compatible gateways with its global settlement core, including the enterprise-grade stablecoin USDGO and fiat ramps through its Banxa unit.

OSL Becomes First Licensed Hong Kong Exchange to Open XRP Trading to Retail Investors

OSL has become the first licensed exchange in Hong Kong to open XRP trading to retail investors, launching three trading pairs at 20:00 Hong Kong time today. The pairs include a Flash Trade option against the US dollar and two over-the-counter pairs, one against the US dollar and one against the Hong Kong dollar, with the latter allowing residents to buy XRP directly in their local currency. XRP had been listed on Hong Kong's regulated platforms since May 2025, when HashKey listed it, and OSL followed with its own listing that December, but both were restricted to professional investors holding portfolios of at least HK$8 million. The retail launch required XRP to qualify as an eligible large-cap virtual asset under SFC rules, a test OSL cleared nearly eight months after its professional listing. HashKey, the city's largest licensed exchange, has not yet opened XRP to retail, and doing so would expose the coin to a larger customer base. XRP trades around $1.08, up about 2.6% today, but has fallen 41% over the past year, making the listing a regulatory milestone rather than an immediate price catalyst.
