Sodexo puts North America at the center of growth strategy

Sodexo is placing North America at the heart of its growth strategy as the French food services group targets an acceleration in organic revenue growth to 2% to 3% in 2027, up from a projected 1.2% to 1.5% in 2026. CEO Thierry Delaporte called the United States the absolute priority, noting it is the world's largest and a rapidly growing market. North America accounts for roughly half of Sodexo's revenue and has become the top strategic focus after weaker performance in education and healthcare. By 2030, the company aims for organic revenue growth above 5% and net new business growth above 3%, supported by stronger execution and competitiveness. Sodexo also announced a global contract with Meta, one of its largest to date, and plans to increase investments to €1 billion while maintaining a 50% dividend payout ratio through 2030.
