The company also provides corporate banking products and services comprising corporate accounts, working capital and project finance, deferred payment guarantees, corporate term loans, structured finance, dealer and channel financing, equipment leasing, loan syndication, construction equipment loans, financing Indian firms' overseas subsidiaries or JVs, and cash management, as well as trade and service products. In addition, it offers NRI services, including accounts, investments, loans, and remittances; agricultural banking services; and international banking services. Further, it provides life and general insurance; estate planning services; merchant banking and advisory; securities broking; trusteeship service; factoring; payment solution; asset management; portfolio and investment management; credit cards; and custody and fund accounting services. Amundi sets final IPO price for SBI Funds Management at INR 574 per share, expects €300 million net capital gain

Amundi has set the final offer price for the initial public offering of SBI Funds Management Limited at INR 574 per share, the upper end of the price range. A total of 203,709,239 shares, representing 10% of the company, will be sold upon completion of the IPO and a pre-IPO private placement, with Amundi selling 75,374,842 shares, or 3.7% of the capital, and State Bank of India selling 128,334,397 shares, or 6.3% of the capital. Amundi expects the transaction to generate a net capital gain of approximately €300 million after tax and transaction costs, to be booked in the third quarter. The shares are expected to begin trading on Indian stock exchanges on 21 July 2026.

SBI Fund Management IPO draws $31 billion in bids, oversubscribed 41.6 times

SBI Fund Management's initial public offering attracted bids worth 2.97 trillion rupees, or $30.7 billion, making it India's largest IPO this year. The joint venture between State Bank of India and Amundi Group was raising 97.9 billion rupees, or $1 billion, and the offering was oversubscribed 41.6 times overall. The qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 140 times, driven mainly by domestic banks and insurance companies, while retail investor subscriptions reached 3.6 times. The strong institutional demand bodes well for upcoming mega IPOs from the National Stock Exchange and Jio Platforms, each expected to raise over $3 billion later this year. SBI Funds is India's largest asset manager with 29.5 trillion rupees, or $395 billion, under management as of March 2026.

Amundi and SBI announce price band and timetable for SBI Funds Management IPO

Amundi and State Bank of India announced that their joint venture SBI Funds Management Limited filed its Red Herring Prospectus on 8 July 2026 for its proposed initial public offering on the Indian stock exchanges. The IPO will offer up to 10% of SBIFM's outstanding equity shares, with SBI selling up to 6.3% and Amundi up to 3.7%, and no fresh shares will be issued. The price band has been fixed at INR 545 to INR 574 per equity share. The offering is scheduled to open for public subscription on 14 July 2026 and close on 16 July 2026, with anchor investor bidding on 13 July 2026 and a tentative listing date of 21 July 2026 on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
