Suncrete Q2 Revenue Surges 146% on Five Acquisitions
Suncrete reported second-quarter revenue of $97.2 million, up 146% year over year, and adjusted EBITDA of $13.5 million, while maintaining its full-year 2026 outlook. The company completed five acquisitions during the quarter, adding 31 ready-mix plants, 279 mixer trucks, and eight concrete-production plants across the Sun Belt. A net loss of $37.1 million included a $26.9 million one-time, non-cash de-SPAC charge. Management expects most acquired operations to reach historical margin levels within nine to 18 months and cited strong construction and data-center demand, with weather-related volume deferrals expected to shift into the third quarter. Suncrete maintained its 2026 guidance of $420 million to $480 million in revenue and $68 million to $93 million in adjusted EBITDA, and reported approximately $51.1 million in liquidity at quarter-end.
