Natural Gas Services Group to Redomesticate from Colorado to Texas

Natural Gas Services Group announced it will complete its redomestication from Colorado to Texas on or about July 20, 2026. The move, approved by approximately 99% of shares voted at the June 10 annual meeting, aligns the company's state of incorporation with its Southlake, Texas headquarters and core operations in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford. The redomestication will not affect the company's business, operations, management, or its New York Stock Exchange listing under the symbol NGS. As part of the change, the previously staggered board structure will be replaced with annual election of all directors. CEO Justin Jacobs stated that Texas offers a strong business climate and corporate legal framework beneficial to the company and its shareholders.
