Mitek raises FY 2026 revenue guidance to $195M-$200M and names new chief revenue officer

Mitek Systems raised its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $195 million to $200 million, up from the prior outlook of $189 million to $198 million, while also announcing the appointment of Aaron Seyler as Chief Revenue Officer effective August 17. The company reported third-quarter total revenue of $54 million, an 18% increase year-over-year, with fraud and identity revenue reaching a record $29 million and total SaaS revenue up 36%. A top-five U.S. bank completed its pilot and is moving into the Check Fraud Defender Consortium network, and Fiserv is now live as a reseller of Check Fraud Defender. Management also raised its full-year fraud and identity revenue guidance to $105 million to $109 million and adjusted EBITDA margin guidance to 32% to 34%, while noting that fraud and identity SaaS is expected to ease modestly in the fourth quarter following an unexpected regulatory-driven surge in age verification demand during the third quarter.
