Landis+Gyr has expanded its Edge Application Ecosystem in Australia by adding Future Grid and Operational Technology Solutions as new partners. The move strengthens the company's open global ecosystem, bringing new edge applications that enhance real-time intelligence and network reliability. The platform enables utilities to deploy advanced analytics and AI-driven insights on Landis+Gyr's Revelo grid sensing platform. Future Grid provides a SaaS platform for real-time low-voltage distribution network management, while OTS offers expertise in data analytics and edge sensors. The partners join an existing ecosystem that includes Sense and Mitsubishi Electric.

Landis+Gyr Group AG announced it will accelerate its share buyback through a fixed-price offer following the closing of the EMEA transaction, while reporting first-quarter net revenue of 232.3 million US dollars, down 6.8 percent from 249.1 million a year earlier. Order intake slipped 2.7 percent to 167.0 million, but adjusted gross profit margin improved by 280 basis points to 37.4 percent, lifting adjusted gross profit to 87.0 million. Chief Executive Officer Peter Mainz said the business performed in line with expectations and pipeline activity remained very strong, and the company reiterated its full-year guidance while advancing preparations for a U.S. listing alongside its Swiss listing.

All seven board members standing for re-election were re-appointed for one year, including Chair Audrey Zibelman, and Scott Reese was elected as a new board member. A distribution of CHF 1.20 per registered share from statutory capital reserves was approved, payable from July 2, 2026. The Annual Report, Financial Statements, Remuneration Report, and Sustainability Report for fiscal year 2025 were also approved, along with amendments to the Articles of Association.
