Executives say the brand builds on over 26 years of expertise, and they introduced The Vitality Collection under the concept of science-based nutrition, so Thais can make appropriate health decisions at every stage of life. Meanwhile, the IVF arm is making a major strategic move to build a healthcare ecosystem by acquiring a 24 percent stake in Eternity Healthcare 369, a leading Thai specialty clinic in urological surgery and men's health. IVF invests 140 million baht in ETERNITY to enter men's health market

Inspire IVF Public Company Limited, or IVF, has acquired a 24% stake in Eternity Healthcare 369 Company Limited, or ETERNITY, a specialist clinic in urology and men's sexual health, with a total investment of up to 140.40 million baht. The move aims to build a healthcare ecosystem and expand into the men's health market, which is valued at approximately 25 billion baht, targeting a 2% market share. This partnership will enable IVF to reach premium customers from the Middle East who travel to Thailand for services, and is expected to help drive revenue growth of at least 15% in 2026, with a net profit margin of 12%. Meanwhile, ETERNITY plans to expand to 14 to 15 branches within three years and will jointly establish Thailand's first men's sexual health hospital within the next two months, catering to the confidence of foreign customers who prefer receiving services in a hospital setting rather than a clinic.
