It offers INTRUSION Shield, a zero trust reputation-based Software as a Service solution that inspects and kills dangerous network connections; INTRUSION TraceCop, a big data tool that contains an inventory of network selectors and enrichments to support forensic investigations; and INTRUSION Savant, a network monitoring solution that uses the data available in TraceCop to identify suspicious traffic in real-time. In addition, the company engages in the provision of pre-and post-sales support services, such as network security design, system installation, and technical consulting services. It serves U.S. federal government entities, state and local government entities, and companies ranging from mid-market to large enterprises through a direct sales force and value-added resellers. The company was formerly known as Intrusion.com, Inc. and changed its name to Intrusion Inc. in November 2001. Intrusion Inc. was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Plano, Texas.

Cisco, RADCOM, and Intrusion Set to Report Amid AI-Driven Networking Demand

Cisco Systems, RADCOM Ltd, and Intrusion Inc are scheduled to report quarterly results in the coming days, with the networking industry benefiting from AI-led network upgrades and higher demand for cloud computing. Cisco is expected to post fiscal fourth-quarter revenues of $16.85 billion, up 14.9% from the prior-year quarter, and earnings of $1.17 per share, an 18.2% increase, driven by hyperscaler AI infrastructure orders that reached $1.9 billion in the third quarter and are projected to hit $9 billion for the full fiscal year. RADCOM, which recently cut its 2026 revenue outlook to $57-$63 million due to customer deployment delays, expects second-quarter revenues of roughly $12 million, down 32.1% from a year ago, and earnings of 20 cents per share, a 20% decline. Intrusion, which closed its acquisition of VigilAigent on June 29, adding nearly $3.5 million in annual recurring revenues, is forecast to report second-quarter revenues of $1.5 million, down 19.8%, and a loss of 10 cents per share, unchanged from the prior-year quarter.

Intrusion acquires VigilAigent, adding $3.5M ARR

Intrusion completed the acquisition of cybersecurity managed security service provider VigilAigent from Tego Cyber. The deal expands Intrusion's AI-driven cybersecurity platform and adds about $3.5 million in annual recurring revenue. Intrusion will integrate VigilAigent's Agentic AI engine, The Oracle, with its TraceCop threat intelligence database. As part of the transaction, VigilAigent CEO Bobby Mikkelsen and Chief Revenue Officer Mark Porter have joined Intrusion's senior management team.
