Inspired Stock Falls 15.6% as Analysts Flag Weak Margins and Cash Flow

Inspired's stock price has dropped to $7.76 over the past six months, leaving shareholders with a 15.6% loss while the S&P 500 gained 8.5%. Analysts point to three concerns: long-term revenue growth of 12.1% annually over five years, which lags the consumer discretionary sector; a stagnant operating margin over the last 12 months; and a free cash flow margin averaging just 5.1% over two years, limiting reinvestment potential. The stock now trades at 27.2 times forward earnings, but the firm's shaky fundamentals are seen as presenting too much downside risk.
