InfuSystem projects 6% to 8% annual revenue growth and low to mid-20% adjusted EBITDA margin

InfuSystem Holdings reaffirmed its full-year outlook for pro forma annual revenue growth of 6% to 8% and an adjusted EBITDA margin in the low to mid-20% range, consistent with its longer-term target of 22% to 25%. The guidance adjusts for an expected $7.1 million reduction in annual revenue from the GE Healthcare biomedical services contract restructuring, which management said improves earnings by lowering direct contract expenses. Second-quarter revenue reached a quarterly record of $36.9 million, up 2.6% from the prior year, despite a $1.6 million headwind from the GE restructuring. Oncology revenue surpassed $20 million for the first time, while Wound Care net revenue grew by $2.1 million year-over-year, driven mainly by compression devices for lymphedema patients. Consolidated gross margin expanded to 58%, and net income rose to $3.2 million, or $0.15 per diluted share.
