Trust Stamp reported first-half 2026 revenue of $1.66 million, up 22.1% year over year, with a non-GAAP loss of $0.90 per share. Net loss for the six months widened to $4.93 million from $3.87 million in the prior-year period. The company ended the period with $6.31 million in cash and cash equivalents, supported by an estimated risk-adjusted revenue pipeline of $9.48 million.

Trust Stamp has been selected as a direct participant in the European Union's Important Project of Common European Interest semiconductor initiative, a programme designed to build an integrated semiconductor value chain across Europe. Executive Director Berta Pappenheim said the selection endorses the company's identity and data security expertise and positions it within Europe's sovereign semiconductor efforts. Trust Stamp has already signed two cooperation agreements with fellow participants, one focused on trusted hardware linking device identity to verified individual identity for secure authentication in medical devices and critical infrastructure, and another on frontier research into brain-computer interfaces where brain-wave signals could serve as identification. Malta Enterprise, the national economic development agency, selected Trust Stamp for the programme, which Pappenheim described as an honour and validation of the company's capabilities.
