Harmony Biosciences Stock Offers Cheap Valuation but Faces Concentration Risk

Harmony Biosciences Holdings presents a mixed picture for investors, with a cheap valuation offset by heavy reliance on its narcolepsy drug Wakix. The stock trades at 10.38 times forward earnings, well below the Zacks sub-industry average of 44.24 times, and carries a PEG ratio of 0.70. In 2025, net product revenues rose to $868.5 million from $714.7 million a year earlier, and the company reiterated 2026 Wakix revenue guidance of $1.0 billion to $1.04 billion. However, first-quarter 2026 earnings of 55 cents per share missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 76 cents, and net product revenues of $215.4 million fell short of the $222 million estimate, partly due to seasonal market access headwinds. The company ended the quarter with about 8,600 patients on therapy and held $870.5 million in cash, cash equivalents and investments. Pipeline progress, including a planned pitolisant GR submission in the second quarter, could re-rate the stock, but the current Zacks Rank of 3 (Hold) and a Momentum Score of D suggest a measured near-term setup.
