Gossamer Bio secures up to $250m to advance seralutinib

Gossamer Bio has announced a private placement agreement valued at up to $250m, including $150m of committed capital to support development and potential FDA approval of seralutinib for pulmonary arterial hypertension and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease. The financing involves an initial closing of approximately $25m through pre-funded warrants priced at $0.14 per share, a subsequent closing of $125m contingent upon FDA acceptance of a new drug application, and warrants exercisable upon FDA approval that could add up to $100m more at $0.187 per share. Key institutional investors include EcoR1 Capital and RA Capital Management, with Leerink Partners and Cantor serving as joint placement agents. Gossamer Bio to File Seralutinib NDA in September, Forte Biosciences Acquired by argenx

Gossamer Bio Plans September 2026 NDA Filing for Seralutinib in PAH
