NeOnc, Ernexa, and VivoSim Announce Key Catalysts
Three biotech companies delivered distinct catalysts. NeOnc Technologies received FDA feedback on its CMC program for lead candidate NEO212, canceling a planned meeting after deeming the written responses sufficient, and expects topline Phase 2a data for NEO100 by the end of July. Ernexa Therapeutics reported independently validated preclinical results for ERNA-101, showing 67% complete tumor clearance in an ovarian cancer model when combined with anti-PD-1 therapy, ahead of a planned IND submission in the third quarter of 2026. VivoSim Labs received a $5 million milestone payment from Eli Lilly after the first patient was dosed in a Phase 2 study of a divested IBD program, and issued guidance projecting more than 500% revenue growth in Fiscal Year 2027 driven by adoption of its NAMs human tissue testing platform.
