CTP places €500 million green bond
CTP N.V., Europe's largest listed owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial real estate by gross lettable area, has successfully placed a €500 million green bond with a 3-year maturity and a 3.625% fixed coupon. The senior unsecured issuance drew strong investor interest, with the orderbook reaching €2 billion and final books over €1.4 billion, 2.8 times oversubscribed, allowing for a 35 basis point tightening versus initial price thoughts. The new bond complements CTP's debt maturity profile following the repricing and extension of its €500 million unsecured syndicated term loan in June, which was extended from 2029 to 2032 and had its margin reduced from 190 to 135 basis points. Proceeds will finance or refinance eligible assets under CTP's Green Bond Framework, with the notes priced on 19 August 2026 and settlement and admission to trading on Euronext Dublin set for 26 August 2026.
