The fund seeks to invest in digital assets in the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and North America. It invests in companies against the total returns of at least 9 per cent. p.a. over the longer term.

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure has secured two new customer agreements at its Hudson Interxchange data centre in New York, lifting contracted capacity to around 80% of the floor's saleable space. Billing on the first contract starts in September, with full deployment expected by year-end. Cordiant Digital Infrastructure posts 16.3% NAV return and enters FTSE 250

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure reported a 16.3% total NAV return for the year, with NAV per share rising to 146p. Revenue grew 9.9% and EBITDA by 7.8%, supporting a further dividend increase. Since its IPO, the company has deployed £795 million into digital infrastructure assets, generating a 14% annualised NAV total return over five years.
