Ananda Development Public Company Limited, together with subsidiaries, develops and sells real estate projects in Thailand. It operates through Real Estate Development, Management of Real Estate Development Project, Service Apartments, and Other segments. The company provides management for real estate projects; house construction; and real estate brokerage services, as well as acts as a property agent. It also engages in the management of juristic person; media production; and property rental, as well as provision of academic seminar services. In addition, the company develops condominium projects under the Ashton, Ideo Q, Coco Parc, Culture, Ideo Mobi, Ideo, and Elio brands; and housing projects and townhouses under the Artale, Airi, Atoll, Anda, Urbanio, and Unio Town brands. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Samut Prakan, Thailand.

ANAN spends 360 million baht to buy an additional 44.60% stake in ADC-JV 21

Ananda Development Public Company Limited, or ANAN, has acquired shares in ADC-JV 21 Company Limited from two foreign sellers, totaling 2,669,173 shares, representing 44.60% of all shares, for a total value of 10.92 million US dollars, or approximately 359.98 million baht. The company bought 2,530,462 shares, or 42.28%, from Everland Opportunities Thirteen Limited at 4.04 US dollars per share, and 138,711 shares, or 2.32%, from Landmark Investment Limited at 5.11 US dollars per share. Neither seller is related to ANAN, so the transaction is not classified as a related party transaction. The purchase price follows obligations under the shareholders' agreement and was paid in cash from internal working capital and bank loans. After the transaction, ADC-JV 21 will change its status from a joint venture to a subsidiary of ANAN, enabling more efficient asset management in line with the business plan.

Bluebell Securities launches bond offerings for 7 companies with coupons of 4.60–7.35% per annum

Both are offered to institutional and high-net-worth investors from 25–27 August. Micro Leasing bonds have a 2-year tenor, pay 6.40–6.60% per annum, hold a BB credit rating and 1.20 times collateral coverage, and are offered to institutional and high-net-worth investors from 1–3 September. Jaymart Group Holdings bonds have a 3-year tenor, pay 5.75–6.00% per annum, hold a BBB- credit rating, and are offered to the general public from 21–23 September.
