Montana Aerospace Reports Strong H1 2026 Growth and Confirms Guidance

Montana Aerospace AG reported strong first-half 2026 results with 12% organic sales growth and EBITDA up 12.2% to EUR 87.1 million, despite unfavorable currency effects. The Aerostructure segment grew EBITDA over 16% excluding FX, achieving an 18.3% margin, while net result rose to approximately EUR 30 million and EPS increased to EUR 0.47 from EUR 0.10 a year earlier. The company's commercial aerospace order book now exceeds EUR 7 billion, up from EUR 3.9 billion in 2021, and space revenue is developing towards 10% of group revenue in 2026, approaching EUR 100 million in annual sales. Management confirmed 2026 guidance of sales above EUR 1 billion and adjusted EBITDA above EUR 185 million, with Aerostructure margin moving to the 19% range, and expects to be clearly cash positive by year-end after receiving at least another EUR 50 million from the energy divestment in the second half.
