Acadian Asset Management Reports Record AUM and Tenth Straight Quarter of Positive Net Flows
Acadian Asset Management Inc. reported record assets under management of $232.7 billion as of June 30, 2026, a 54% increase driven by market appreciation and $4.3 billion in net client cash flows, marking its tenth consecutive quarter of positive net flows. Management fees rose 44% to $177 million, while economic net income surged 107% to $47.5 million, with ENI diluted earnings per share reaching $1.33. The company also announced that Deputy Chief Investment Officer Alex Voitenok will become Co-CIO alongside Brendan Bradley effective January 1, 2027, and highlighted the integration of the former TC43 investment team to accelerate its research agenda. Acadian's operating margin expanded nearly 10 percentage points to 40.3%, and it repurchased 0.2 million shares for $10.6 million during the quarter.
