A5 cuts paid-up capital to 589 million baht after cancelling 31.38 million repurchased shares
Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, or A5, announced that its board of directors approved the disposal of shares repurchased under the first share repurchase programme for financial management, totalling 31,384,689 shares, equivalent to 2.60% of all issued shares. The disposal period was set from 19 to 25 August 2026, but when the deadline arrived, the company was unable to sell a single repurchased share. It therefore had to reduce its paid-up capital by cancelling 31,384,689 registered repurchased shares that had not yet been sold, with a par value of 0.50 baht per share. As a result, the company's paid-up capital fell from 604,692,438 baht to 589,000,093.50 baht, and the number of registered shares fell from 1,209,384,876 to 1,178,000,187. The company will register the change in registered capital with the Ministry of Commerce within 14 days from the share cancellation date.

Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, or A5, reported second-quarter 2026 results with total revenue of 331 million baht, up 53 percent from the previous quarter, and net profit of 35 million baht. Growth was driven by revenue recognition from ownership transfers at Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, as well as gradual revenue recognition from the new businesses A5 Design and Upper Class Solution. Backlog stood at 855 million baht as of 7 August 2026 from CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, CINQUIÈME Krungthep Kreetha, VANA Ratchapruek-Westville, and the Ban Rachaya Ekkamantra project in Udon Thani province, which will be recognised gradually from the third quarter of 2026 onwards. New businesses are playing a clearer role. A5 Design, which provides design, decoration, renovation, and turnkey construction services, has secured work worth more than 100 million baht. Upper Class Solution, a residential management and comprehensive homeowner care business, has already generated more than 10 million baht in revenue. This revenue is recognised gradually over the service contract period. The company therefore plans to expand its customer base from A5 group projects to external projects to broaden its revenue base and strengthen the business over the long term. The debt-to-equity ratio at the end of the second quarter of 2026 fell to 1.09 times from 1.20 times at the end of 2025, reflecting financial discipline and a balanced approach between investing for growth and operational flexibility.

Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, or A5, announced the cancellation of its second share repurchase program for financial management, with a maximum budget not exceeding 100 million baht and no more than 50 million shares, representing no more than 4.13 percent of total issued shares, in line with the board of directors' resolution at its third meeting of 2026 on August 13, 2026. The decision was made to preserve liquidity and prepare cash flow for operations and investments under future business plans, amid a review and adjustment of strategic plans to align with current economic conditions.
A5 Partners with GUNKUL to Install Solar Rooftops on Homes, Supporting Public Solar Policy
Upper Class Solution, a subsidiary of A5, has partnered with GUNKUL to install solar rooftop systems for A5 homeowners, supporting the government's public solar policy. GUNKUL brings over 40 years of clean energy expertise to design systems tailored to each home, while Upper Class Solution provides end-to-end management and services, from consultation to document support for government scheme participation. Homeowners can pay for the system in up to three interest-free installments, with solar panel warranties of up to 25 years and one-year fire insurance coverage of up to 1 million baht. The payback period is approximately five to seven years. Additionally, qualifying individuals can deduct equipment and installation costs from personal income tax up to 200,000 baht under a measure effective until 31 December 2028. The project is scheduled to run from 1 August to 31 December 2026.

Chief Executive Officer Supachoke Panjasap stated that wellness is not just a trend but a brand strategy that shapes the entire development direction, from master planning to after-sales services, to create long-term quality of life.
