UN Under-Secretary-General and Secretary-General's Envoy on Digital and Emerging Technologies Amandeep Singh Gill visited the Shenzhen headquarters of Chipsea Technologies on July 22. The company showcased its achievements in industrial digital upgrade centered on full-signal-chain technology. Chipsea Technologies has built six major technology platforms covering sensing, computing, control, power, connectivity, and AI, creating a 'chip plus AI plus scenario-based' ecosystem. Its EC chips have entered the global mainstream laptop supply chain at scale, and its first ASIL-D MCU covers core scenarios such as chassis and braking. In the smart health field, the company's eight-electrode body composition analyzer based on high-precision bioimpedance measurement technology achieves a correlation of over 0.95 with medical-grade gold-standard DXA results. Its self-developed HHM health large model reaches medical-grade accuracy in chronic disease prediction, and its OKOK smart health management platform has surpassed 60 million users worldwide. Gill expressed appreciation for the exploration of combining health measurement with AI large models. Chipsea Technologies Chairman Lu Guojian stated that the company will accelerate internationalization and continue to deepen its full-signal-chain technology platform.

Chipsea Technologies announced that it plans to subscribe for 750,000 shares of Shenzhen Kaihong Hardware Ecosystem Technology Co., Ltd. for 750,000 yuan, acquiring a 15% equity stake after the capital increase. The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lu Guojian, plans to subscribe for 1.8 million shares for 1.8 million yuan, acquiring a 36% stake after the capital increase. This transaction constitutes a connected transaction and has been approved by the board of directors, without the need for submission to the shareholders' meeting. The source of funds is self-owned capital, aiming to promote the integration of chips with HarmonyOS scenarios and seize opportunities in industrial intelligence.

Chipsea Technologies participated in the project "Key Technologies and Applications of High-Precision Low-Power Analog Front-End Integrated Circuits," which won the second prize at the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The project was jointly completed by Xidian University, Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics, JoulWatt, Chipsea Technologies, and Guangdong Cellwise Microelectronics, overcoming key technical challenges in the coordinated measurement of high precision and low power consumption for analog front-end signals. A total of 149 projects were selected for this year's National Science and Technology Progress Award, including 133 second-prize winners. Shenzhen had 24 general projects that were led or co-completed winning awards, setting a new record. Chipsea Technologies has won the "China Chip" award from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ten times in total. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise.
