AMEC plans to invest 3.5 billion yuan to build the second phase of its Lingang industrialization base, focusing on etching equipment, metrology and inspection equipment, and thin-film deposition equipment. Memsensing to acquire 54% of Putan Optoelectronics for 177 million yuan

Memsensing plans to spend a total of 177 million yuan through equity transfers and capital increases to acquire a 54% stake in Beijing Putan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., becoming its controlling shareholder. Specifically, the company intends to pay 82.8845 million yuan to acquire 24.865 million shares of Putan Optoelectronics, representing 24.30% of the total share capital after the transaction.
