Linewell Software's first-half loss widens to 170 million yuan, revenue falls 31.6% year on year
Linewell Software released its 2026 interim report on August 26. In the first half, the company's operating revenue was 215 million yuan, down 31.6% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent swung from a loss of 72.05 million yuan in the same period last year to a loss of 170 million yuan. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items widened from a loss of 73.85 million yuan to a loss of 171 million yuan. Net operating cash flow was negative 146 million yuan, down 955.5% year on year. Earnings per share were negative 0.2932 yuan. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 97.83 million yuan, down 31.7% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent widened from a loss of 37.35 million yuan to a loss of 120 million yuan. As of the end of the second quarter, the company's total assets were 4.669 billion yuan, down 4.2% from the end of the previous year, and net assets attributable to the parent were 1.73 billion yuan, down 9.0% from the end of the previous year. In the interim report, the company said its business operations underwent significant changes as it focused on advancing its artificial intelligence strategic transformation. It is rebuilding its traditional core businesses through full-chain capabilities spanning computing power, large models, and intelligent agents, and has launched multiple AI products, including an AI platform and an intelligent agent operating system for government and enterprise customers.
