Papires and Four Other Companies Announce Share Buybacks
After the close on the 15th, five companies — Papires, IG Port, Sheila HD, Last One Mile, and Papanets — announced share buybacks. Papires set a maximum of 1 million shares, representing 11.52% of outstanding shares excluding treasury stock, with a cap of 1.1 billion yen, and a purchase period from July 16 to September 30. IG Port set a maximum of 230,000 shares, or 1.14%, with a cap of 300 million yen, from July 16 to October 31. Sheila HD set a maximum of 300,000 shares, or 0.79%, with a cap of 100 million yen, from July 16 to October 30. Last One Mile set a maximum of 56,000 shares, or 2.05%, with a cap of 200 million yen, from July 16 to December 15. Papanets will buy back up to 400,000 shares, or 20.65%, with a cap of 1 billion yen, from July 17 to July 29.
