Second-quarter net profit was 167 million yuan, roughly flat compared with the same period last year and steadily higher than the first quarter. The company's synthetic biology production base in Gongliu County, Xinjiang, achieved operating revenue of 71.7599 million yuan in the first half, up 221.38% year on year. High-value-added products such as bisabolol, ergothioneine and squalane have already reached large-scale production. Domestic approval of ergothioneine as a new food ingredient has entered a critical stage and is expected to be formally approved in the second half of 2026.
