Zhenyu Technology released its semi-annual report for 2026, achieving operating revenue of 6.394 billion yuan, up 58.01% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 423 million yuan, up 100.3% year on year. Among this, second-quarter net profit was 142 million yuan, within the previously forecast range of 138 million to 178 million yuan, while first-quarter net profit was 282 million yuan. Based on this calculation, second-quarter net profit fell 49% quarter on quarter.

Zhenyu Technology announced that its board of directors has approved a plan to issue convertible bonds to unspecified investors, raising a total of 1.88 billion yuan, with 18.8 million bonds issued and a term of six years. The proceeds are intended for a lithium battery precision structural components expansion project with 752 million yuan, a humanoid robot precision modules and components industrialization project with 282 million yuan, a motor core expansion project with 282 million yuan, and 564 million yuan to supplement working capital.

The company announced on August 7 that it recently received the approval document from the CSRC, granting consent for its registration application to issue convertible bonds to non-specific investors.

Zhenyu Technology issued a performance forecast, estimating net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of this year at 420 million to 460 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 98.72 percent to 117.65 percent. The company said that high demand for energy storage, combined with the release of new production capacity for motor cores, is the core driver of the significant profit growth. Downstream lithium battery, especially energy storage battery, market demand continued to grow rapidly, boosting main business revenue. Based on first-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders of about 282 million yuan, second-quarter net profit is estimated at 138 million to 178 million yuan, a quarter-on-quarter decline of 36.88 percent to 51.06 percent. The company also disclosed plans to issue convertible bonds to raise up to 1.88 billion yuan for projects including expansion of precision structural parts for lithium batteries, industrialization of precision modules and components for humanoid robots, and expansion of motor core production.
