Sirio Pharma receives US tariff refund of about 79.44 million yuan

Sirio Pharma announced that its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary SN and controlled subsidiary SNC recently received a refund from US Customs and Border Protection, after the US Supreme Court ruled that the reciprocal tariffs imposed under IEEPA lacked statutory authority and the collected tariffs must be returned. To date, the cumulative refund of tariffs and interest totals 11.7029 million US dollars, equivalent to about 79.4436 million yuan. This refund does not require retrospective adjustment of prior financial statements. Part of the amount needs to be allocated through negotiation with customers, and the specific impact is yet to be confirmed.
