Wondfo Biotech Stock Hits New Low, Market Cap Down 70% from Peak, First Loss in a Decade Since Listing

Wondfo Biotech shares have fallen to a new low. As of the close on July 24, the stock ended at 15.69 yuan per share, after touching an intraday low of 15.66 yuan, a recent trough. The latest total market capitalization stands at 7.344 billion yuan, down 72 percent from its peak. The company's 2025 annual report shows revenue of 2.087 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 31.91 percent, and a net loss attributable to the parent of 63.02 million yuan, marking its first loss in the ten years since listing. The company attributed the sharp decline in performance mainly to deep industry adjustments, policies such as centralized procurement and DRG/DIP payment models suppressing demand and prices, as well as internal factors like adjustments to sales value-added tax rates, proactive divestiture of low-profit businesses, and strategic emerging businesses still in the investment phase. Despite the poor results, the company stated that new businesses such as tube-based chemiluminescence have made progress, its core competitiveness has not undergone any material adverse changes, and there is no significant risk to its ability to continue as a going concern.
