Wonders Information narrows first-half net loss to 150 million yuan

Wonders Information released its 2026 interim report, showing a first-half net loss narrowed to 150 million yuan, compared with a loss of 299 million yuan in the same period last year. Operating revenue was 1.03 billion yuan, up 9.9 percent year on year. Net loss attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring items was 171 million yuan, narrower than the 330 million yuan loss a year earlier. Net operating cash flow was negative 444 million yuan, an improvement of 12.9 percent year on year. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 514 million yuan, up 9.5 percent year on year, while net loss attributable to shareholders was 110 million yuan, narrower than the 147 million yuan loss in the same period last year. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets stood at 5.101 billion yuan, down 13.0 percent from the end of the previous year, and net assets attributable to shareholders were 918 million yuan, down 14.1 percent. The company continued to focus on healthcare and public livelihood services, and achieved major breakthroughs in national demonstration projects for public hospital reform and high-quality development. The company plans no cash dividend, no bonus shares, and no conversion of capital reserve into share capital.

Wonders Information Completes Board Reshuffle; Ruan Qi Elected Chairman, Jiang Feng Appointed President

Wonders Information completed its board reshuffle and senior management appointments on July 24. Ruan Qi was elected chairman of the ninth board of directors, and Jiang Feng was appointed president.
