Songcheng Performance Development reports first-half 2026 net profit of 347 million yuan, down 14.38% year on year

Songcheng Performance Development released its 2026 interim report, with net profit attributable to the parent company of 347 million yuan, down 14.38% from the same period last year. Total operating revenue was 962 million yuan, down 11.43% year on year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 350 million yuan, down 46.92% year on year. The latest gross margin was 60.55%, down 5.17 percentage points from a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share were 0.13 yuan, down 14.43% year on year.

Lingnan Holdings hits limit-up as tourism sector gets policy boost

Lingnan Holdings opened limit-up, sparking a broad rally in tourism-related stocks. On the policy front, the State Council has approved in principle the 15th Five-Year Plan for building a strong tourism nation, which focuses on modernising the tourism system and unlocking consumption potential. Tibet Tourism also hit limit-up, while Dalian Sun Asia, Songcheng Performance, and Zhangjiajie Tourism Group rose in sympathy. The coal sector also pushed higher, with Jinneng Holding Coal Industry hitting limit-up, and Lu'an Environmental Energy, Shanxi Coal International Energy, and Shaanxi Coal Industry advancing. A CICC research note pointed out that the industry's supply-demand balance will continue to improve against a backdrop of supply contraction.
