Ontex appoints Stéphane Re as Group CFO effective September 14

Ontex Group NV has appointed Stéphane Re as Group CFO and member of the Executive Management Committee, effective September 14, 2026. He succeeds Geert Peeters, who will pursue a new professional chapter and support a smooth transition. Stéphane Re joins from Partner in Pet Food, where as Group CFO he led a comprehensive change program, and previously served as Group CFO of Thai Union Europe/MW Brands and held senior finance roles at Nestlé. Geert Peeters, who joined Ontex in December 2023, oversaw the refinancing of senior debt, the divestment of Emerging Markets businesses, and the development of a digitalisation program. CEO Laurent Nielly stated that Stéphane's experience in driving complex transformation and value creation will be invaluable as Ontex enters a new phase to transform its European and North American businesses.
