Pandora appoints Paulo Garcia as new CFO as Anders Boyer retires
Pandora has appointed Paulo Garcia as its next Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Anders Boyer who will retire on 30 November 2026 after more than 14 years with the company. Garcia, currently CFO of Walmart Mexico & Central America, a separately listed subsidiary with USD 50 billion in revenue and 240,000 employees, will join Pandora on 1 October 2026 and assume the CFO role on 1 December 2026. Boyer, who joined Pandora's board in 2012 and became CFO in 2018, helped lead a financial turnaround and oversaw revenue growth of 389% and total shareholder return exceeding 2,000% since 2012. He will remain with the company until 31 March 2027 to support the transition. Pandora, the world's largest jewellery brand, generated revenue of DKK 32.5 billion in 2025 and operates around 7,000 points of sale globally.
