Yuanxin Energy Storage Files for Hong Kong IPO, Beijing Junzheng Clears Hearing

Shenzhen Yuanxin Energy Storage Technology has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, while Beijing Junzheng Integrated Circuit has passed its listing hearing for the same board. Yuanxin Energy Storage is a leading provider of integrated energy storage system solutions, offering comprehensive solutions covering energy storage project development, delivery, operation, and management, along with hardware products, software platforms, and supporting services. Beijing Junzheng is a provider of storage, computing, and analog chips, with products widely used in automotive electronics, industrial and medical applications, AIoT, and smart security devices. Guotai Haitong is its sole sponsor. In other news, Yum China announced total revenue of 6.409 billion US dollars for the first half of 2026, up 11.11 percent year on year, with net profit of 553 million US dollars, up 9.07 percent. The company plans to return 1.5 billion US dollars to shareholders in 2026. Maoye International expects a net loss of approximately 120 million to 180 million yuan for the first half, swinging from profit to loss year on year, mainly due to the adjustment cycle in the department store industry, weak consumption, and store closures.
