B.Grimm Power Q2 2026 profit rises, dividend 0.18 baht

B.Grimm Power reported strong second-quarter 2026 results, with total revenue of 15.123 billion baht and net operating profit attributable to the parent of 478 million baht, up 0.6% from a year earlier. The company also approved an interim dividend of 0.18 baht per share, with the ex-dividend date set for 26 August 2026 and payment on 11 September 2026. Supporting factors included the adoption of a new electricity tariff formula that better reflects natural gas costs, cost-reduction measures, and the recognition of results from renewable power plant projects that have gradually begun commercial operations. Total electricity sales volume rose 2.7% to 4,003 gigawatt-hours, while net profit attributable to the parent increased significantly to 676 million baht from 7 million baht a year earlier, partly due to unrealised foreign exchange gains. The company continues to expand its business both domestically and internationally, including the purchase of convertible bonds in Unison Co., Ltd. to support the 365-megawatt Nakwol offshore wind power project, and targets importing no more than six LNG cargoes in 2026.
