Pubang Landscape Architecture has released its 2026 half-year performance forecast, expecting the net profit attributable to the parent company to narrow its loss by 52.39% to 76.20% year-on-year, with operating quality continuing to improve. The company recently won several urban operation projects, including the 2026 to 2029 landscaping maintenance service project for Sanya International Duty Free City, the 2026 integrated sanitation and landscaping outsourcing service project for Qingyuan Chimelong's Grand Self-Drive area, and the centralized procurement project for landscaping maintenance services in China Overseas Property's South China region. Among these, the contract value for the China Overseas Property South China centralized procurement project exceeded 83 million yuan. The urban operation segment is accelerating its growth into the company's second growth curve, with its order backlog continuously optimizing towards high creditworthiness, long cycles, and high stickiness.
