Fulin Precision and Chuanfa Lomon Terminate Lithium Iron Phosphate Project Cooperation

Fulin Precision and Chuanfa Lomon announced the termination of their subsidiaries' investment cooperation on a project with an annual output of 175,000 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate. Basic earnings per share were 0.12 yuan, and the weighted average return on equity was 2.33 percent. As of the end of the first half of 2026, the company's inventory book value was 2.188 billion yuan, accounting for 22.63 percent of net assets, an increase of 563 million yuan from the end of the previous year. The semi-annual report shows that the largest shareholder, Sichuan Advanced Materials Industry Investment Group, pledged 242 million company shares, accounting for 49.93 percent of its total holdings.
