Xinyangfeng Receives Warning Letter from Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau for Overstating Revenue in 2018–2020 Trading Business

Xinyangfeng Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. received a warning letter from the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau because the basis for recognizing revenue from certain trading businesses between 2018 and 2020 was insufficient, leading to overstatements of revenue by 153 million yuan, 111 million yuan, and 15 million yuan respectively. The company, along with Chairman Yang Caixue, President Huang Bin, and CFO Yang Xiaohong, were issued the warning.
